This choice of content-type for xhtml seems to confuse many current 
web browsers:

* Chromium fails to display anything, with a strange message:
  error on line 2 at column 3: Char 0x0 out of allowed range
* Epiphany fails the same (so this is a general webkit response).
* w3m offers to download the output, but not display it
  (displays fine if the download is renamed to .html)

* lynx and iceweasel display it ok
