Thank you for the bug report.
As this is a problem in the upstream cpu plugin, I've forwarded the bug to
them [1].
The cpu plugin has been rewritten since version 1.2.5 which you are using, so
your patch will probably not apply. Anyway, the right place to discuss this is
the upstream bug ticket I forwarded to, so that upstream will be aware of the
issue and fix it.
