Package: groff-base
Version: 1.18.1.1-7
Severity: normal

Hi,

www.tmac is included in groff, but not in groff-base.

If only groff-base is installed, which was the case on my system,
this leads to all uses of .URL macros being skipped in the man page
output, e.g. groff(1)'s AVAILABILITY section becomes unreadable
(if not useless).

Regards, Fabian
