Package: ftp.debian.org Severity: normal The package bidentd is linux-specific. Though it compiles cleanly on other architectures, it will not work on them. Unfortunately, the buildds compiled bidentd for kfreebsd-* before I changed the package to test the architecture and fail on non-linux systems.
Please remove the 1.1.3-1 kfreebsd-* version of bidentd from the archive. The existence of these packages inhibits the migration of bidentd to testing since it is "out of date" on those architectures.
