Package: eclipse
Severity: wishlist

hi,
when installing eclipse-platform, eclipse is pulled in by default because
eclipse-platform reccomends eclipse-jdt that recommends eclipse.
it can be removed of caurse, but is not what one might expect when installing
"only the eclipse platform".
also, there is a strict depends on openjdk-6-jre, although there's also a
dependancy on default-jre, so it's installed even if another jre is already
installed.

regards,
alon
