hmisc Build-Depends: r-cran-acepack. That must be resolved before
acepack can be removed.

My bad. Meant to do that with the R 2.10.0 rebuild but missed it. So I just
did it right now as
hmisc (3.7-0-3) unstable; urgency=low
* debian/control: Remove (Build-)Depends: for r-cran-acepack
(which has been only a Suggests: for several Hmisc versions)
as acepack has been removed from CRAN.
