The problem is that all packages have to installed into the Lazarus directory. I think the compiled units have to be splitted into at least 2 packages: lazarus-units => Containig all compiled units which are widgetset-independent lcl-qt4/lcl-gtk2 => All widgetset relevant units So we have not conflicts between unit packages.
