I guess it doesn't work either, because I think that you forgot to enable the plugin with vim-addons install, as described in README.Debian. Just noticed that README.Debian has a bug (ADDON is not substituted by vimoutliner) but this shouldn't stop from doing this ;) > :help vo After that :help vo works for me.
