OK, now (current sid, experimental) FP stays disabled thru sessions, but too bad, with the following key configuration in .mozilla/firefox/*/foxyproxy.xml one cannot get the left mouse to reenable it... because it is disabled of course. One must use the right mouse to reenable it.
