What exactly do you mean by "not available"? That the plugins package failed to compile? If so, then please give some details (did ./configure finish successfully? what errors were printed on the console? and so on). To my knowledge, none of the developers has a kFreeBSD machine to test on, so you'll have to take the initiative here.
