Package: ghc6
Version: 6.8.2dfsg1-1
Severity: important

The current version of ghc6 in testing and unstable depends on
libreadline5-dev. However,
as of the date of this bug report, libreadline5-dev has been superceded by
libreadline6-dev
which now provides libreadline-dev. Several other packages like swi-prolog or
liblua5.1-0-dev
depend on libreadline-dev which installs libreadline6-dev by default on testing
and unstable.
Thus, it is not possible to install both ghc6 and packages which depend on
libreadline-dev
at the same time.

I suggest that ghc6 depends on libreadline-dev rather than on libreadline5-dev,
if possible.
