Package: autofs5 Version: 5.0.3-3 Severity: normal After installing autofs5, the following configuration files are registered with ucf: # ucfq autofs5 Configuration file Package Exists Changed /etc/auto.master autofs5 Yes No /etc/auto.misc autofs5 Yes No /etc/auto.net autofs5 Yes No /etc/auto.smb autofs5 Yes No /etc/default.autofs5 autofs5
The last one (/etc/default.autofs5) simply doesn't exist. I assume that instead, autofs5's defaults file /etc/default/autofs should've been registered: # dpkg -S /etc/default/autofs dpkg: /etc/default/autofs nicht gefunden. I worked around this by using the following commands: # ucfr -p autofs5 /etc/default.autofs5 # ucfr autofs5 /etc/default/autofs Herafter, ucfq output looks like this: # ucfq autofs5 Configuration file Package Exists Changed /etc/auto.master autofs5 Yes No /etc/auto.misc autofs5 Yes No /etc/auto.net autofs5 Yes No /etc/auto.smb autofs5 Yes No /etc/default/autofs autofs5 Yes No which is what it should read in the first place. Nevertheless, I suspect the bug in autofs5.postinst's last ucfr invocation: ucfr autofs5 /etc/default.autofs5 Kind regards, ks -- System Information: Debian Release: 5.0.3 APT prefers stable APT policy: (500, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.30-bpo.2-686 (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=de_DE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=de_DE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages autofs5 depends on: ii libc6 2.7-18 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii ucf 3.0016 Update Configuration File: preserv Versions of packages autofs5 recommends: ii module-init-tools 3.4-1 tools for managing Linux kernel mo ii nfs-common 1:1.1.2-6lenny1 NFS support files common to client autofs5 suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
