AFAICT, it means you have to additionally Build-Depend on its new -dev
package (libflickrnet-cil-dev) but also to drop the “-2.2” version in
extensions/Exporters/FlickrExport/Makefile*

I've just tried that on my kfreebsd-i386 porter box and it went fine.
