Short answer: yes.

Long answer:
If those pages are listed in the EditedSystemPages page, you might want
to review your previous changes, then you probably want to delete the
data/page/HelpXXXXX folder (Except if you want your user to be able to
edit the page again).

If the pages aren't listed in EditedSystemPages, it's is probably some
old pages from a previous upgrade.
