Could you please be more specific where you have seen it?
I don't see it in the changelog of apt itself and with a grep over the
sourcetree i also can't find it. APT also doesn't show the changelog
of packages on update (this is the job of apt-listchanges) ...
Copy&Paste or a screen shot of the offending text would be great.
