Package: libkrb5-3
Version: 1.7dfsg~beta3-1
Severity: important

At our institution, three incorrect password attempts will cause the
account to be locked. However, since I updated to krb5 version 1.7, a
single incorrect password will cause locking. This problem has been
reported (and acknowledged) upstream here
http://mailman.mit.edu/pipermail/kerberos/2009-October/015368.html

It is unclear (to me) if there is an upstream fix, but if it doesn't
come until release 1.8, I suggest reverting to 1.6 for squeeze.
