This makes it hard for arbtt to figure out what windows are applications windows, and what windows are panel applet, special WM windows etc. Other applications like wmctrl would probably not work either for you. Can you enable EWMH for your WM? (xmonad has a plugin for that) Anyways, the warning should only be printed once.
