Package: bum Version: 2.5.2-1 Severity: normal Debian squeeze uses dependency based booting, which needs a table to tell the init script in which order services have to be started. But bum does not run insserv after changing services and this means that dependencies are not updated and there is the possibility that services aren't started even when they are enabled because some dependencies are not satisfied. It should either run insserv after changing services or use a script like update-rc.d to change the service config.
