I'd like a debian/watch file as well, but i don't think upstream has
released a tarball in years (as you can see, i'm packaging from the svn
HEAD these days).
I do provide a get-orig-source target in debian/rules, which should help
to build a new "upstream tarball" if there are changes in SVN that we
care about.
If you've got a specific suggestion for the contents of debian/watch,
i'd be happy to use it!
