Package: sudo Version: 1.7.2p1-1 Severity: grave Justification: renders package unusable
sudo is no longer working on my box. If I do something like "sudo -v" or "sudo ls", sudo closes as soon as I type the first letter of my password. Furthermore, it closes the terminal in which it was started. Whether it's a gnome-terminal or vt1, the underlying terminal logs out. No segfaults are detected and I don't see any error messages in the logs. I'm not sure how to debug this further...
