Yep, but as I have no upload rights to Debian, I preferred not to tag
the patch "pending". Also, the Debian packaging branch lives in the
same repository as the upstream ones, so...
Anyway, if there is a better way to tag this bug, I'd be glad to learn.

Yep. Seems like your l10n bugs did not reach the developers ML, our
e-mail subscription must be somehow incomplete. It was pure chance
that I decided the other day to have a look to metche's current shape
in Debian before preparing a new release on time for Squeeze.
