Package: e2fsprogs
Version: 1.41.3-1
Severity: normal
man tune2fs says:
-f Force the tune2fs operation to complete even in the face
of errors. This
option is useful when removing the has_journal filesystem
feature from a
filesystem which has an external journal (or is
corrupted such that it
appears to have an external journal), but that external
journal is not
available.
But when I try it:
# tune2fs -O ^has_journal -f /dev/md/raid
tune2fs 1.41.3 (12-Oct-2008)
The needs_recovery flag is set. Please run e2fsck before clearing
the has_journal flag.
I don't want to. Let me do what I want or I will cry. Waaaaah!!! bad
man doesn't want to let me destroy my data.
