Thanks for the bug report.
I've forwarded this bug upstream so they can fix the source of the problem.
For now I've also changed /etc/munin/plugin-conf.d/munin-node to use only 1
group:
[exim_mailqueue]
group Debian-exim
[exim_mailstats]
group adm
It'll be fixed in the next package upload. (The one after 1.4.1-1).
