wmfire only launches with a gray box. launching wmfire with the -b option has no effect. running windowmaker as window manager. from dpkg: ii wmaker 0.92.0-8.1 NeXTSTEP-like window manager for upgraded this system from lenny to squeeze several months ago, noticed that wmfire would launch with a gray box about a month or so ago.
