I purged the squeeze version of mondo, mindi, and mindi-busybox. I then installed the following .deb's downloaded from the following link using dpkg: ftp://ftp.mondorescue.org/debian/5.0/ libprojectbuilder-perl_0.9.8-1_all.deb mindi-busybox_1.7.3-1_i386.deb mindi_2.0.7.1-1_i386.deb mondo_2.2.9.1-1_i386.deb project-builder_0.9.8-1_all.deb When testing mindi I got error messages about perl files not being found so I created two symlinks: sudo ln -s /usr/lib/perl/5.10.1 /usr/local/lib/perl/5.10.1 sudo ln -s /usr/share/perl/5.10.1 /usr/local/share/perl/5.10.1 After adding the symlinks the only remaining message about perl was "Can't stat /usr/local/lib/site_perl: No such file or directory at /usr/sbin/mindi-get-perl-modules line 41" which I ended up ignoring. I was then able to run mondoearchive and successfully produce a bootable test DVD.
