gtkhtml3.8 has been replaced by gtkhtml3.14 almost 3 years ago, and
there are only few incompatible changes.
The two remaining reverse dependencies are:
* gnucash - apparently it has been finally fixed in 2.2.9-2
* taxbird - which supports gtkhtml3.14 but has been built against
3.8 by mistake (#559641)
Please remove gtkhtml3.8 from unstable.
