Hi,

libvtk5-dev ships /usr/bin/vtkEncodeString, well is it OK that a 
developpement package ships an executable ?
Anyhow, paraview wishes to install /usr/bin/vtkEncodeString too and
cannot be installed if libvtk5-dev is installed.
