I have just updated teTeX. Now there are 20tetex-base.cfg and 20tetex-extra.cfg. However, in /var/lib/texmf/web2c/updmap.cfg I now get ## ### /etc/texmf/updmap.d/20tetex-base.cfg not included because the ### corresponding package seems to be removed. ## ## ### /etc/texmf/updmap.d/20tetex-extra.cfg not included because the ### corresponding package seems to be removed. ## If I understand update-updamp correctly, the reason for this is that neither tetex-base nor tetex-extra provide a file /var/lib/tex-common/fontmap-cfg/, which was provided by tetex-extra_3.0-4. cheerio ralf
