In reversed order of installation, package 'refblas3-test' is allowed to overwrite symlinks '/usr/share/man/man1/x*.1.gz' because the newer 'refblas3-test' has a 'Replaces: blas-test'. The two should probably either conflict with each other (just as 'lapack-test' and 'lapack3-test', for example) or have the set of conflicting man page files dealt with in some other way.
