Then Otrs says about it can't use Apache2::Reload I had to install this package and I was thinking it was missing. I tried to install it both in sid and in lenny/squeeze mix, and in both installations same problem so I tried to reopen this bug. I had other problem with permissions so AdminSysConfig didn't allow me to change config. Do you know if I should exec "SetPermissions.pl" after installing otrs2 package ? Maybe apache2 need another path to get this perl module "IfDefined" directive working, but I installed otrs2 from an empty lenny installation. Sorry if you doesn't consider this like a bug, but yesterday we spent 1 hour at least trying to configure all correctly.
