Package: emdebian-archive-keyring

Currently, emdebian-archive-keyring ships the keyring as
/usr/share/emdebian-tools/emdebian-archive-keyring.gpg.
But other keyring packages (notably debian-archive-keyring,
debian-edu-archive-keyring, and ubuntu-keyring) all put their keyrings
in /usr/share/keyrings/.
It makes it easier to write tools that work with arbitrary distro
archives if the archive keys are located in a predictable place (e.g.
/usr/share/keyrings/${DISTRO}-archive-keyring.gpg )
Please consider moving the emdebian keyring to /usr/share/keyrings/
for future versions.
