There is bashism in debian/rules that causes building of ircII fail, if
/bin/sh point to "ash" (aka dash):
install -d debian/tmp/usr/share/ircII/{help,script,translation}
ash doesn't understand the {1,2,3} expansion. Please specify all those as
separate directories. Thank you.
