dmraid is not supported yet.  Use a hardware raid controller, or stick
to linux software raid.

Proprietary software raid doesn't work yet (maybe when dmraid is ever
stable, should that ever happen).

Last install I did, did not support 20378 card, but the netinst image I
made with 2.6.12 on it did work fine when I tested it on the 20378 a few
days ago.  I never did check if 2.6.8 supports the 20378 or not.
