No problem (except that I don't know how to create a patch for the
debian/ directory sensibly).
I attached a tar file. Please go into
cd evolution-2.29.3.2/
tar xjvf evolution-2.29.3.2-whitespace.tar.bz2
this will update the templates file and all affected files in
debian/po
Of course, you can extract it somewhere else for inspection first, to
see the diff yourself.
If something is still unclear of you need more help, do not hesitate
