Attached you can find the German translation of the man page. Please
include it in debian/ and add the man page to debian/manpages.
For further maintenance I suggest, however, to use po4a for
translation work. This also greatly helps in case you intend to switch
to Policy 3.8.3.0.
If you like, I can provide you with the commands necessary for
debian/rules (sorry, I don't understand your rules file, so you might
need to fit them in appropriately) and the German translation as po
file.
