Package: vlock
Version: 2.2.2-3
Severity: important

Hi,

when I try to unlock a locked screen vlock shows me

hannes's vlock: Authentication failure
root's vlock: Authentication failure

and goes back to locked state.

vlock-main logs to auth.log:

Jan  3 10:22:51 workstation vlock-main: pam_warn(vlock:auth):
function=[pam_sm_authenticate] service=[vlock] terminal=[/dev/pts/3]
user=[hannes] ruser=[<unknown>] rhost=[<unknown>]
Jan  3 10:22:52 workstation vlock-main: pam_warn(vlock:auth):
function=[pam_sm_authenticate] service=[vlock] terminal=[/dev/pts/3]
user=[root] ruser=[<unknown>] rhost=[<unknown>]

Please let me know if I can provide any further information.

Hannes
