Hello Raphael, thanks for your report. Personally, I'm quite dubious it would be helpful to add another step to a tool that aims at reporting bugs :)
Also, the heuristic of "<4 needs new contributors, >=4 the package is well covered" is a bit weak: for example, reportbug has 4 subscriptions, but...well, I don't receive that much help ;) Did your mind change during this time, or do you still believe this is an interesting feature?
