Bug#561603: [tor] will not start upon boot

Hi Derek, I add log file, but I'm affraid it says nothing about the problem. In log file seems to be all right, but in fact it doesn't function by default and people must every time do "/etc/init.d/privoxy start"...

The problem is when Privoxy starts before some other daemon. And I think the 
deamon, which must start before Privoxy for function browsing with Tor + 
Privoxy + Torbutton is Tor.

I understand what you are trying to explain, but I'm afraid to say it
appears not to be the problem.
