Well, it worked. It is on my todo list after I cleanup the dash and bash /bin/sh mess, so yes, I'm still going to try to get it into squeeze. Joey never replied to the debhelper bug so I guess I'm just gonna give up there and ship the dh_ script in php5-dev.
