Great idea. Please come up with simple script to generate such list. I will copy it to one of the makefile and use sed to update control when maintainer type that target. (If that list is too long, archive maintainer may not like it.) Or better, one of the texlive-* virtual package to offer such list. Once we know, I will certainly depends on it.
