Yes it is, one can turn it off with the right button, but needs the left
button to turn it back on. (If you really meant "completely disable
FoxyProxy, then no amount of clicking would bring it back to life in
this session. For now all it does is ruin the left click!)

And one can only make the left mouse toggle between current and
disabled, not current and anything else.

Anyway, it is a bug that disabling disables left click, but not right
click, just as if disabling disabled right click but not left click.
