Maybe the forums (https://garage.maemo.org/forum/?group_id=638) are a
good start for questions and contact? Otherwise, I guess we can just use
the numptyphysics-users mailing list and let developers subscribe to the
list (it's a low-traffic list, anyway, so that should not really be a
problem).

I don't know - Tim should be able to clarify this one.

According to the SVN history, Tim and I have committed code to the
repository. I don't know if Tim has merged patches from other people
that should be added to the AUTHORS file.

I've updated the AUTHORS and README files in the repository. The
ChangeLog file can be generated using "svn log -v".
