Hi Mikolaj, thanks for reporting your problem with apt-listbugs. Unfortunately, I seem to be unable to reproduce the bug. I have never experienced a similar problem and I cannot even reproduce it in a chroot environment, while upgrading the dash package: I tried several times, since you state that the problem occurs often, but not always; nonetheless, no luck in reproducing the problem. :-( Maybe Ryan (the other apt-listbugs co-maintainer) has a clue of what's going on here...
