Josselin, After the upgrade I got the same problems as described in Debian bug-report 550977 (including the ext3-filesystem corruption).
I disabled the Radeon drivers and my system is functioning normal again. Since the problem clearly isn't with AisleRiot, I suggest that we close this bug-report (or mark it as a duplicate of bug-report 550977).
