Package: desktop-file-utils Severity: normal
I have used stow to install a few things under /usr/local, stow has created /usr/local/share/applications as a symlink into one of the projects directories. When I tried to uninstall the desktop-file-utils package it failed to uninstall completely and remained in a broken state until I moved the applications symlink out of the way and tried the removal again. -d appears to report success which causes rmdir to run, but rmdir fails because it is not actually a directory. -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.32-trunk-686 (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages desktop-file-utils depends on: ii libc6 2.10.2-5 Embedded GNU C Library: Shared lib ii libglib2.0-0 2.22.4-1 The GLib library of C routines desktop-file-utils recommends no packages. desktop-file-utils suggests no packages. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
