Packages must not depend on any fonts package[1], it's a serious policy
violation.
xfonts-75dpi and -100dpi are part of the standard X installation ("xorg"
metapackage); it's possible to uninstall them, but that should only be done if
you're running a remote font server. Any X setup that doesn't provide those
fonts is already broken.
