Hi,
on a DELL Latitude D830 1.13~pre20100125-1 report the wrong wattage
where 1.11-1 show values that are roughly correct.
Now the short term ACPI estimate is wrong by one order of magnitude.
1.13~pre20100125-1 shows
Power usage (ACPI estimate): 1,6W (6,3 hours)
while 1.11-1 shows
Power usage (ACPI estimate): 19,2W (0,5 hours)
