Package: qtdmm Version: 0.8.12-2.1 Severity: normal The LCD display seems to only display a single digit before the decimal point for ampere values, omitting the first digit for two-digit ones. This applies to all displayed values, ie. the large current one, the 3 previous ones below and the Min/Max values. The graph does deal with them fine, ie. I see the graph showing 11-12 A, whereas the LCD only showing 1.XXX-2.XXX A, omitting the leading 1.
So qtdmm does get the correct values and it does not seem to be a problem with the protocol, but the LCD display widget. (I'm using the "Metex M-3850M" protocol with a Voltcraft M-4660M meter without any other issues and according to a quick search the M-3850M is also capable of up to 20 A, too.) elmar -- System Information: Debian Release: 5.0.4 APT prefers stable APT policy: (1001, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.26 (SMP w/2 CPU cores; PREEMPT) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages qtdmm depends on: ii libc6 2.7-18lenny2 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libgcc1 1:4.3.2-1.1 GCC support library ii libqt3-mt 3:3.3.8b-5+b1 Qt GUI Library (Threaded runtime v ii libstdc++6 4.3.2-1.1 The GNU Standard C++ Library v3 ii libx11-6 2:1.1.5-2 X11 client-side library ii libxext6 2:1.0.4-1 X11 miscellaneous extension librar qtdmm recommends no packages. qtdmm suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- .'"`. /"\ | :' : Elmar Hoffmann <e...@elho.net> ASCII Ribbon Campaign \ / `. `' GPG key available via pgp.net against HTML email X `- & vCards / \ -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
