Yupp, see http://bugs.debian.org/568165 linux-kbuild-2.6 is currently broken for building ANY out-of-tree modules, that's not tp-smapi specific. Should be fixed soon the the next linux-kbuild-2.6 upload. Merging this bug there for that reason.
