Good catch but not good enough.

This is "Suggests" and is not "Recommend".

Please note that this document has more examples on vim than emacs while
giving respectable mention to emacs.  To read and practice tutorial
section, you have to have these packages.  So it it rightful to suggest
these, in my opinion.

I think this is as fair as I can be while I am not emacs user.  (I only
used microEMACS 20 years ago... I wish to learn real emacs some day.)

Please note under normal configuration, packages with "Suggests:" are
not pulled in automatically (unlike "Recommends:").

I was waiting for Emacs fans to file such bug report.  Thanks for
filing this bug report.  Instead of closing this bug report, I will
keep it as "moreinfo" :-)

If you can provide good short text for emacs corresponding vim usage in
the above example texts, I may consider to include them and change to:

Suggests: mc, vim|emacs23|xemacs21|emacsen, ...
